1) Drink lots of water

2) Eat healthy snacks
While the typical student lifestyle may not involve large amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables, try to eat as healthily as you can. When snacking, try to go for foods such as dark chocolate, nuts, yoghurt, dried fruit and cheese sticks.
3) Get a good toothbrush/brush and floss regularly
Electric toothbrushes are recommended by dentists for their ability to effectively brush and reach difficult areas of the teeth. Good quality electric toothbrushes are a fantastic long term investment and are available on the market at reasonable prices. Make sure that you brush twice a day for two minutes each time, and that you floss everyday.
